What are the requirements for my smartphone?

There are several options for keeping your food log.  All apps are compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android phones. 

Can I do the program without a smart phone?

Using a tracker app on your smartphone is a key part of this program. You must have access to a mobile device that supports the app. Contact us at if you have questions about your specific device.

What if I can't download the App?

Most likely, you need to update your phone software. If after updating, you are still not able to download the app, try a different device.

How will I communicate with the RD?

The primary form of communication will be email. Questions should be sent via email or text, and your coach will either reply. 

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. If you enroll in a monthly payment plan, you can terminate service at any time. However on pre-payment plans, no refunds will be given.

Where will I meet with the RD?

Initial coaching sessions will be done via video conference. There is no in-person

meeting required. Internet access and a mobile device are all that is required.
