Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken

This buffalo chicken recipe is ridiculously simple and easy to make. But it tastes amazing! It is also incredibly versatile. Serve it on buns, over an entree salad or with a grain side like Parmesan couscous or rice.


This is a great freezer-meal, so Buffalo Chicken works great for camping trips too!

When you are ready to serve it, simply reheat in a saucepan.


Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken

Serving size: 3 oz

Servings per recipe: 10-12


Ingredients

· 5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, frozen or thawed)

· 1 ¾ cup wing sauce

· 1 packet ranch dressing & seasoning mix

Directions

1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Pour wing sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle ranch dressing seasoning powder over the top.

2. Cook on low for 6 hours.

3. Shred chicken, the return to sauce. Cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve warm.
